Our golf instruction experiences are hosted at The PGA TOUR Golf Academy in St. Augustine, FL.

Program Overview

What it is: This is a 6 session training program to increase your clubhead speed and distance. SuperSpeed uses overspeed training to increase club head speed and gain distance. Used by more than 700 tour pros worldwide, SuperSpeed Golf is the #1 overspeed training aid in the world.  

Why is it beneficial:  Participants average a 5% gain in driver clubhead speed with a 6 week training program. Some participants see up to 10% gain in clubhead speed. Statistics tell us the further you hit the ball, the lower you are going to shoot.  

What makes it different here versus elsewhere: clinic will be led by Golf Fitness Professional and SuperSpeed Level 3 certified Instructor, Matt McKay. Clinics will include dynamic warm up and additional golf-specific motions to further your physical abilities. We offer an Add-on Supplemental Golf Performance program* for those looking to kick start to their overall fitness levels and/or looking to take full advantage of this training period.   

Where: PGA TOUR Golf Academy tee line. We will set up designated stations on the days of the clinic where you will train. Concluding the clinic you will be able to hit balls with your driver to help integrate the newly developed skills.  

When: Saturday mornings at 10am. Starting on October 7th and finishing November 11th.

Week 1 – Eval, Injuries & perform take home exercises: Bongos, bridges, bear, balance. 

Week 2 - Supine and balance work: LX rotations, brick/mini band, bear, knee plank, balance holds.

Week 3 - Supine, prone, balance: Pelvic tilts, mini band work, dynamic bear holds, SB work, balance challenges.

Week 4 - Kneeling, Standing: Hip Extension, anti-rotation, separation drills, hip hinge.

Week 5 - Standing, Dynamic Movements: Squats, dynamic rotary, anti-rotation. 

Week 6 - Preview Level 2 training: Dynamic motions, more in-depth mobility
