Our golf instruction experiences are hosted at The PGA TOUR Golf Academy in St. Augustine, FL.

Foundation Group Series

This is a 4 week, 90 minute series looking to improve your overall body stability and awareness levels. We will give education on your own body and how it was designed to work. Each week will progress from the previous week, ensuring you are learning and building your body (strength and stability levels) in a safe and effective way. After the 4 weeks you will be equipped with a strong set of exercises to perform both at home or at the gym to ensure you are working your body in a golf-specific way.

Foundation Series Breakdown:

  • WEEK 1
    Educational introduction based upon building a foundationally sound body as it pertains to the golf swing. You will learn concepts covering: correct breathing patterns and how it enhances stability, exercises to strengthen the muscles of the pelvis and the core, training in a progressive and strategic manner to maximize learning opportunities, and more.
  • WEEK 2
    Continue with learning progressions to stabilize the pelvis and core. Implement further dynamics with kneeling and standing positions. Introduce correct methods of squatting to increase lower body strength and stability.
  • WEEK 3
    Introduce single leg exercises for better footwork and balance. Further investigation on how stabilizing the foot enhances hip function. Identify and execute proper dynamic exercises such as lunging, deadlifting, etc.
  • WEEK 4
    Perform stabilization strategies and breathing patterns as it pertains to the golf swing. Perform golf specific movements and dynamic movements to solidify the foundational learning concepts of the series.

$200 per student, for entire series. Limited to 4 students per session.

Mobility Group Series

This is a 4 week, 90 minute series looking to improve your mobility and flexibility levels. We will discuss how to create mobility and how to maintain optimal range of motion at the appropriate joints. Each week will cover a different concept and/or area of the body ensuring the entire body is discussed to perform at home or at the gym to keep you moving freely. We will also cover things to do on course to ensure your body is ready to swing fluidly without restriction.

Mobility Series Breakdown:

  • WEEK 1
    Introduction upon what mobility is and how it pertains to the golf swing. You will learn the body’s joint relationships in terms of stability and mobility. Perform movements to enhance your full body mobility in areas such as the back and torso.
  • WEEK 2
    Continue the learning process with further insight into hip mobility. You will learn how to create separation from the upper body to the lower body. Learn specific stretches to enhance full body mobility as it pertains to the golf swing.
  • WEEK 3
    Address shoulder mobility and how it supports proper arm movement for the golf swing. Investigate how active the rotator cuff and upper back muscles are during movements. Add appropriate dynamics to increase joint ranges of motion.
  • WEEK 4
    Perform both full body and specific mobility training strategies. Ensure breathing patterns are secured and are complimenting overall mobility. Continue working on dynamic mobility and full body separation via progressive exercises.

$200 per student, for entire series. Limited to 4 students per session.
