Trump National Doral: Blue Monster Course

The Blue Monster has hosted prestigious PGA TOUR events for the past 55 years. In fact, virtually every great name in golf has had a moment of glorious personal triumph on this world-class track. With Donald J. Trump and legendary architect Gil Hanse at the helm, the historic Blue Monster Course has undergone a complete redesign and has become a new golf course, thus reaffirming its reputation as one of the most challenging and spectacular golf courses in existence. The 7,608 yard course features a series of strategically placed deep bunkers, long flowing fairways, undulating greens, deep Bermuda rough and a challenging assortment of water hazards – all of which combine for a course that requires both length and finesse to score well.

The famous 18th hole was ranked by GOLF Magazine as one of the Top 100 Holes in the World. It is no surprise that virtually every great name in golf has had a moment of glorious personal triumph on this world-class course.

Trump National Doral: Golden Palm Course

The Gold Course provides an opportunity for golfers of all abilities to play to their skill level.
Gil Hanse’s team redesigned this course with special attention to detail, incorporating a true links style course with wide-open vistas and unique style bunkers. The course features similar design elements as the famous Blue Monster with heavily contoured greens. Each bunker is surrounded by heavy rough which creates an element of difficulty for the avid golfer. This course hosted the 1999 PGA Qualifying School finals.

Trump National Doral: Red Tiger Course
Unique to the Red Course are two island greens at No. 6 and No. 14. This course is often the site of corporate tournaments due to its promise of a fair test of golf at any level of play. The Red Course forces golfers to use strategy and shot placement, rather than driving for show. Featuring 14 water holes with fairways winding around several lakes, the course provides breath-taking beauty and exhilarating challenges, without intimidating length. The primary design resembles a New England style course and is set on just 120 acres. This course hosted the LPGA in 2001 for the Office Depot Championship.
Course-Trump-National-Doral-Silver-Fox-Course
Trump National Doral: Silver Fox Course
The Silver Fox Course joins the infamous Blue Monster as the second of Doral’s premier courses. Water comes into play on 16 of 18 holes on this sensational and demanding golf course. Marble-white sand bunkers and Celebration Bermuda grass blanket the course, making it appealing and intimidating to the eye. Five sets of tees let golfers from novices to champions decide how difficult they want the course to be – but no matter where they start, they’ll have earned a real sense of accomplishment every time they finish.
